How do I open an account with Sophia's® Wholesale Doll Clothes?
To create an online account simply log-on to www.ShopSophias.com and click "Register" at the upper right hand corner of your screen. Enter all pertinent information and click "register" again at the bottom of the screen. You are also welcome to call us for wholesale access.
Once we have received your registration request online you will receive an e-mail with a wholesale membership form to fill out. Please complete the form and send it back to our office.Please allow 24 to 26 business hours for the activation to occur.
When your account has been activated, you may log-on and view Sophia's® wholesale doll products and price list. You will then have access to order from our Site 24 hours a day and place orders at your convenience.

Wholesale Access
Please call to take advantage of our boutique customer service, ask for advice about purchasing a product, or to request a catalog.
Placing Your 1st Order
All wholesalers must call 610-647-2118 and speak with our Customer Service Representative to be approved. Once your account has been approved and activated, you may log-on and view our 18 Inch dolls, doll clothes, doll shoes, doll accessories, wholesale price lists and place orders anytime. Orders will be received and processed during our regular business hours: 9 am – 5 pm, Monday – Thursday and Friday, 9 am – 4 pm EST. Orders can be placed through our Site, www.ShopSophias.com or by calling us directly at 610-647-2118.
Call and speak to any our Sophia's® staff members and we will be delighted to assist you with product recommendations, shipping details, or answer any other questions that you may have.

Minimum Order Requirements and Quantity Discounts
We have a first time order minimum of $150, and each additional order minimum is $50. We also feature quantity discounts on most of our shoes, separates, and accessories.
Coupons and Promotions
Promotions and discount coupons are sent to you when you register your e-mail address and join Sophia's® as a wholesale member.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
A copy of your invoice will be included with your order. If you need another copy you may call us at 610-647-2118, or e-mail us at SophiasHeritage@aol.com.
I love Sophia's® products and I don't own a business, how do I make a purchase?
Support your local stores by clicking on the "Shop Retailers Now" icon on the Homepage of our Site. You will then be directed to a retail Site where your purchase will be at retail prices.
Once you enter the retail site, you are subject to the Policies and Terms of Use of Shopatron, our eCommerce retail provider.
Additionally, Sophia's® wholesale products are sold at over 1,000 retail locations nationwide. To purchase our products retail, simply e-mail us at info@ShopSophias.com and include your city, state, and zip code. We will then e-mail you information on the nearest retail stores in your area.
International Orders
International orders are accepted. If you use our Site from other locations or purchase our products internationally you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
We ship our packages via USPS or UPS Monday - Friday. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days from when they were placed. Holiday shipping times may vary.
What are my shipping charges?
Standard shipping is based on your order total.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges will be honored within 30 days of purchase with a proof of purchase and prior authorization. Shipping charges are not refunded and a 15% restocking fee applies.

What happens if a product is out of stock?
The product will be placed on backorder and we will notify you when it is back in stock.
Safety Compliance
All Sophia's® products are lead and phthalate-free, Certified Safety Tested, and CPSIA Compliant. Certificate of Conformity (COC) letters are provided with your initial order. Subsequent COC's will be forwarded to maintain your files and will eventually be available on our Site.
