Pricing and Product Information

While Sophia's® strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product's correct price is less than our stated price on the Site, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we will charge you the price shown on our site unless the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a pricing error. Sophia's® deserves the right to change prices and availability of products without prior notice to you.

Despite our best efforts to describe our products, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are complete and free of error. In addition, we have made considerable efforts to accurately display the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor; we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Return Policy

All returns are to be made within 30 days of original purchase with prior authorization and Invoice number.  Shipping charges are not refunded and a 15% restocking fee applies. Damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. No returns accepted after 30 days from original purchase. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.

Amazon Policy

In order to protect the integrity of Sophia’s products and limit confusion in the Amazon consumer marketplace, Sophia’s no longer allows the selling of our products on Amazon. This policy became effective January 1st, 2011. The use of images from the Sophia's website on Amazon is strictly prohibited.  This Amazon policy is subject to change.

All Sophia’s® designs are unique and copyrighted. If you require photography for your website or e-retail site, we invite you to use photographs from our website. However, our Sophia’s® watermark must be left on the photo. If you would like to use your own photography you must state somewhere in the description that the product is Manufactured by Sophia’s®. Photographing our products for your website will require identifying them as, Doll Clothes (Doll Shoes, Doll Accessories, Dolls, Furniture, Doll Toys, etc. ) by Sophia’s® in both the product title and description.
